I’d like to thank you on behalf of VASA for providing such an excellent catering service for our SightGlass Training event in Darwin on October 17.

Having found out at the last moment that there was no catering provided at the venue just as I was about to board the plane from Brisbane to Darwin on the morning before the event, your confident, reassuring and professional manner immediately cured my state of mild panic and put me completely at ease.

Once I arrived in Darwin I was highly impressed by the efficiency of your service and the menu you suggested, which took into account gluten intolerances and vegetarian options (I had no idea what dietary requirements the delegates had). You’d done the thinking for me and made the process brilliantly simple.

At the event my colleagues and I continued to be impressed by the friendly, professional and immaculately presented catering staff, the quality of the food and the overall efficiency of the operation.

Next time we come to Darwin we would not hesitate to choose Event Solutions for catering services and will absolutely recommend you to kindred organisations planning to hold functions in the Northern Territory.

The function last night was a huge success and impressed the Tennis Australia people. Really could not have changed anything. The catering was excellent. The quality of the food was outstanding. The menu worked well and beyond including the novelty items was commented on and enjoyed by everyone. The steak I had was the best I can remember for along time (and I eat out a lot, and at good restaurants). The food was very well received – and the service was excellent.
